Medical students or fellows in training under the age of 35 are eligible to pay student registration fees. Student status must be certified by a copy of a student ID card, to be submitted with the registration form. Student ID must be shown upon badge collection at the congress reception desk for verification.

Payments must be made in advance, either by credit card or bank transfer. We accept Visa or Eurocard/Mastercard. Please provide card number, expiry date and CVV code on the registration form.

Bank transfers must be made before 25 June 2010. Admission to the congress is granted only if Arseducandi has received the registration fee. Delegates who have made late payments should bring proof of payment to the congress.

Once registered, if you are unable to attend the congress due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, you may request that a colleague takes your place. A fee of EUR 60.00 will be charged for changing the name of the delegate. Please advise the Secretariat thereof by fax or e-mail. Names of delegates may be changed until 8 June 2010.

Cancellations will be accepted until 6 May 2010. Registration fees will be refunded in full, less a cancellation fee of 20% of the total. We regret that no refunds may be provided for cancellations after 6 May 2010.
